Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours. To ensure availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
• In addition, the client will be responsible for 20% of the total service cost, which must be paid before booking any future appointments.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if the cancellation occurs within the 24-hour window.
